Best Christmas Dinner Ever

For the dippin' sauce this is my recipe:
.5 tablespoon of Smoked Paprika (you can go with more if you want)
.1 - 13 ounce Beaver Brand Horseradish (they make many kinds, use the one you like)
1 pint of plain yogurt
a dash of cayenne pepper to taste
salt and fresh ground pepper
some diced fresh cilantro
Instructions: mix all ingredients in a bowl. That's all.
The meat is expensive, but well worth it.
