The Moon Last Night

I noticed the moon last night and it had this amazing ring around it. The cameras lens created the first ring but the outer ring was some sort of atmospheric condition that was amazing-looking.

The mountain was obscured by clouds I swear it is up there though. Emma, Stephen and I had a blast, running around, jumping in snow up to our waists, collecting icicles. We will go back to sled someday.

For the dippin' sauce this is my recipe:
.5 tablespoon of Smoked Paprika (you can go with more if you want)
.1 - 13 ounce Beaver Brand Horseradish (they make many kinds, use the one you like)
1 pint of plain yogurt
a dash of cayenne pepper to taste
salt and fresh ground pepper
some diced fresh cilantro

Instructions: mix all ingredients in a bowl. That's all.

The meat is expensive, but well worth it.
